The office personnel were so kind and curtious when I first initially called. I set up our appointment for the next week and then the FLOOD happened. We were not flooded but I was concerned our appointment would be delayed. But the showed up at 8 am as planned. The technicians were kind and courteous as our drive way had ice. And my dogs barked a lot. I now have a new furnace and I can breath easier as it was running very bad for 1 year. Previously, like a few years ago they had also installed our central air conditioning too. I will go to them for all our cooling and heating. Thank you.
